storeBlox CS Password Security Improvements

Password management in storeBlox CS

New security options for storeBlox CS company stores

storeBlox CS now allows you to control password requirements on a store-by-store level. If your client requires strong passwords for security purposes, you can enable this option and users will be forced to create strong passwords when registering.

We’ve also added dynamic indication of password strength and matching to the registration form. These indicators change dynamically as the user types in their password.

While strong passwords are an option, we strongly (no pun intended) recommend that any customer who is concerned about security enable this option. More information on storeBlox CS can be found at eBlox.com.

Exclusive: storeBlox CS Instant Search

storeBlox CS Instant Search

Reduce clicks and increase sales with instant search

Instant Search is all the rage – you’ve seen it at Amazon and more recently at Google. We’re proud to be the first and only company store platform with instant search. It’s available now, and it’s really cool.

With instant search, users see search results as they type, and can select any choice with a keyboard or mouse, bypassing the need to view search results pages. It’s incredibly fast and reduces clicks required to reach the desired product. Reduced clicks result in more conversions. The best part: it’s already available on your store!

Instant search is just one of the brand new features we’re launching this November. Check out all the information on our storeBlox CS company store platform at eBlox.com.

Link Management – New storeBlox 2 Feature

Static Page Manager screen shot

Static Page Management

You told us you loved our Static Page Manager in storeBlox 2, which lets you create and maintain your own non-dynamic web pages on your site, but many of you have also requested that the management of external links be included in the same area, since you might want to add off-site links or non-managed page links to your navigation bar.

Wait no more! This fall we’re adding link management to the static page manager, as well as separate management of top, left and bottom navigation. Your navigation may require some changes to support this new feature, so contact us if you’d like it added to your storeBlox 2 e-commerce site.
